Plant specifications

Medium section mill producing profiles from 80 mm to 300 mm, with a 6 m walking hearth reheating furnace, a reversing mill and a 10-stand mill train. A hydraulically controlled platform with a material diverter (seven synchronised modules), a fully automatic 6-roll straightener, a circular saw with two automatic length buffers (6/12 m) and a bundling machine complete the line.

Scope of work

Complete electrical automation: manufacturing, software and commissioning of all automation panels — LVDPs, MCCs, DC motor drives, PLCs and pulpit panels — with Adeptek supervising commissioning.
