Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Adeptek Teknoloji Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. (“Adeptek”), as data controller, processes the personal data you share through the adeptek.com.tr website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Data we process

When you use the contact form we process your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, together with your IP address and the time of submission.

Purposes and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, to conduct quotation and project discussions and to prevent abuse of the form, based on Article 5/2 (c) (establishment or performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK and on the consent you give in the form.

Transfers

Form submissions are delivered by e-mail to our corporate mailbox; quotation requests are also recorded, over an encrypted connection, in our own customer relationship management (CRM) system hosted on our own server and are visible only to the responsible sales team. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing; it may only be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and contains no third-party tracking code. The WhatsApp button only opens WhatsApp when you click it; that conversation is then subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
