Greenfield Minimill Project. There are two set of 2 crucible Induction Furnaces and Single Stand Continuous Casting Machine, 4m Pusher Type reheating Furnace, Three High Rolling stand for roughing and 12 Stands Rolling Mill included two flying crop shears between Three High Rolling Stand and 1st Stand and Stand 6 and Stand 7. Rolling Mill speed control made by cascade function. There is cut to length dividing shear, braking plate and 40m cooling bed rake.
Scope
Manufacturing, software application development and commissioning of complete electrical automation system and panels were made by our company. Within the scope, supplying of Medium Voltage Switchgear, Distribution Transformers provided. LVDPs, MCCs, DC Motor Drives, PLCs and Main Control Desks were manufactured. All supervision was done by Adeptek during the commissioning of the facility.
