Plant Specs
Existing production line electric and automation was completely upgraded. Also; Automatic packaging system was manufactured and commissioned. The facility produces from coiled wire. Heating is done by induction. There are 6 stands and a cut to length shear in total.
Scope
Manufacturing, software application development and commissioning of complete electrical automation system panels were made by our company. Within the scope, MCCs, PLCs and Main Control Desks were manufactured. All supervision was done by Adeptek during the commissioning of the facility.
