There were 18 stands and number increased to 21 with the revamping. New flying crop shear, crank/flying convertible dividing shear and loopers added to the system. At the second stage of the revamping, cooling bed rake alignment rollers and billet pinch roller introduced.
Scope
Manufacturing, software application development and commissioning of complete electrical automation system panels were made by our company. Within the scope, LVDPs, MCCs, DC Motor Drives, PLCs and Pullpit panels were manufactured. All supervision was done by Adeptek during the commissioning of the facility.
