Existing facilities were out of service for 5-6 years and most of the main equipments either damaged or absent. All LVDP mains busbar coppers were disasembled and removed. Distribution transformer cables were lost. All automation cabinets were consist of obsolete and unserviceable parts. Customer has contracted new 90T EAF but all the remaining Alloy Additoning Plant, Ladle Furnace, 6 Strand Continuous Casting Machine, Dedusting Plant and Rolling mill electrical and automation system revamped.
