Existing manual packaging units whose consist of total 5 individual straightening machines (each utilizing 4 operator) has been upgraded to robot type machine. A multi-channel straigtener machine was introduced by customer and full robotic-automation system implemented by Adeptek. Nr.4 Kuka robot installed for synchronous operation. Up to 18m length sections can be stacked by system.
Scope
Manufacturing, software application development and commissioning of complete electrical automation system panels were made by our company. Within the scope, MCC, PLC and Main Control Desks were manufactured. All supervision was done by Adeptek during the commissioning of the facility. Nr.4 Kuka robots commissioned by Adeptek
