Plant Specs
Greenfield bar-rebar rolling mill production facility. There are 12m walking beam reheating furnace, 18 Stand continuous mill train, flying crop shears, cut to length dividing shear, braking plate, cooling bed rake, full automatic finishing facilities.
Scope
Manufacturing, software application development and commissioning of complete electrical automation system panels were made by our company. Within the scope, LVDPs, MCCs, DC Motor Drives, PLCs and Main Control Desks were manufactured. All supervision was done by Adeptek during the commissioning of the facility.
